Job summary

Performance Foodservice seeks a field-service oriented professional to manage accounts across the Ft. Walton/Destin to Panama City area, installing and testing beverage and chemical equipment. The role requires training customers and sales staff to ensure optimal equipment use and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include on-site service, scheduling, and problem resolution with a focus on accurate information and courteous communication. On-call weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide face-to-face customer service.
• Knowledge of beverage and chemical equipment advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training to such accounts.
• Maintain proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
