Beverage Cart Attendant (Seasonal, Part-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to serve guests.
• Maintain supplies of all bar products and equipment, including glassware and paper supplies.
• Stock the beverage cart to par levels each day.
• Ensure compliance with all laws related to beverage operations.
• Operate Jonas system for guest charges and credit card transactions according to procedures.
• Learn and recognize regular guests by name.
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate actions to ensure excellent customer service.
• Inspect the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks.
• Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, and staff.
• Greet customers promptly, friendly, and professionally.
• Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

• Reliable attendance.
