Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to serve food and beverages on the resort's golf courses and deliver orders with accuracy. The role requires delivering excellent service and recording chits as required. Base salary is $17.19 per hour.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in Hawaii. Compliance with local liquor regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• One year experience in foodservice/hospitality; bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain state/local certifications (food handler, alcohol training) as applicable.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• TB clearance ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
• Understand and anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Handle guest complaints following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a bartender preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine and experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Must be of minimum 18 years of age.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co‑workers to their understanding.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain a TB clearance.
