Job summary

Country Club of Roswell is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver exceptional food and beverage services at the clubhouse and from the beverage cart. The role requires knowledge of menu content and liquor/wine offerings, with duties including accurate sales recording and guest engagement.

• Reconcile bank and inventory at period end.
• Stock cart with food, ice, beverages, sundries, and ensure fuel levels are checked.

Job description

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage services at the clubhouse and from the beverage cart.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly (depending on experience) Part- Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a complete and comprehensive knowledge of all menu content including specials. Has a solid understanding of all liquor, beer, and wine that is offered to guests.
• Accurately records all sales of food and beverages.

When serving or operating the beverage cart:

• Creates experiences – indoors and out – that every guest will want to repeat.
• Starts with a warm welcome that includes an introduction and uses the guest’s name whenever possible.
• Continues with magical service that takes and fills orders accurately and uses the guest’s name whenever possible.
• Ends with a fond farewell that uses the guest’s name whenever possible.

When operating beverage cart:

• Checks fuel and fluid levels on the cart before use.
• Follows all procedures – including opening and closing inventories ‐ for obtaining food, ice, beverages, and sundries.
• Stocks cart with food, ice, beverages, sundries, and emergency supplies.
• Meet every guest at least two times on both nines.
• Reconciles bank and inventory.
• Cleans and stores cart.

Required license or certification: Driver's License.
