Job summary

The Club at 12 Oaks is seeking a Part-Time Beverage Cart Attendant to provide prompt, friendly service on the golf course. You will greet guests, fulfill orders, restock and maintain a clean cart, and work with the golf shop on daily tee sheets.

Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, able to work outdoors in various weather, and compliant with alcohol-service policies. Training will be provided, and reliable, professional conduct is expected at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage, hospitality, golf club, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Comfortable using a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to safely operate a beverage cart after appropriate training.
• Must meet all applicable age and legal requirements for serving alcohol.
• TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for the cart and service areas.
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work closely with the golf shop and secure tee sheet each day.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Assist with special events, tournaments, and other club activities when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
