Job summary

Arcis Golf at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Club Team Member focused on bartending and guest service. You will assist guests with beverage selections, take payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming bar and cart areas.

This rotation role includes banquets and events, flexible schedules, and employee perks like insurance options, 401(k) and meal discounts. No prior bartending experience required, but strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with beverage selections and inform of current specials.
• Take payment for beverages and snacks using prescribed cash procedures.
• Ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to customers under 21.
• Maintain beverage and snack quality, cleanliness, and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities.
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures.
• This rotation position includes Banquets and Bartending duties.
