Job description

Mystic Creek Golf Club is excited to announce the career opportunity of Beverage Cart Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests.
• Maintain a supply of all products and supplies.
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use.
• Ensure all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed.
• Operate iPad (POS) and credit card charges according to procedure.
• Learn the names of regular guests and personally recognize them.
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate actions to ensure the best customer service.
• Possess math or cash handling skills.
• Be able to close out money and reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, and front-of-house employees.
• Greet all customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet state age requirements (21+) to serve alcohol.
• Have or be able to acquire an alcohol serving permit (MAST).

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required.
