Job summary

Mystic Creek Golf Club is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver friendly, efficient service on the course.

Responsibilities include driving the beverage cart to service guests, stocking products, handling cash with accuracy, and operating the iPad POS while following all alcohol laws and safety procedures.

The role requires a neat appearance, reliable attendance, basic math skills, and strong guest communication to ensure an excellent experience for every golfer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Alcohol server permit (MAST) required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Drive beverage cart to serve guests on the course.
• Stock beverage carts to par levels and maintain supplies.
• Operate iPad POS and process credit card transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all laws governing beverage operations.
• Provide friendly, professional guest interactions and assist with closing out reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
• Maintains a supply of all products/supplies
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Operate iPad (POS) and credit card charges according to procedure
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer
• Must have math or cash handling skills
• Must be able to close out money and reports at the end of the shift
• Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
• Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications for the Beverage Cart:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to meet state age requirements (21 years of age) to serve alcohol.
• Have or can acquire an alcohol serving permit (MAST)

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required
