Job summary

Smart Resources Group is seeking a Mixer/Blender Operator in Ogden, Utah. You will prepare and mix beverage batches, weigh and measure ingredients, and ensure quality according to formulas and GMP standards. This role requires accuracy, basic math, and strong attention to detail.

The position offers $18.65 per hour on rotating 3-3-4 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Steel-toed shoes are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in mixing, batching, or blending preferred.
• Experience with liquids, powders, nutraceuticals, supplements, or beverages is highly relevant.
• Able to follow formulas and batch instructions.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude are required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts.
• Steel-toed shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix batches of juices, teas, and other beverages.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and load ingredients according to formulas.
• Monitor mixing processes and product quality.
• Complete batch records and production documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues.
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and Quality requirements.
• Work closely with Quality Control.
