Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Lead Beverage Bar Back to support bar operations across casino locations. You will transport supplies, manage pump room stock, and ensure accurate inventory while keeping rooms clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of food service experience.
• Minimum 3 years of inventory control experience.
• Food service management and/or supervision experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liquor levels and pump room stock; keep areas clean and organized.
• Inventory control and monthly stock reporting; communicate stock levels to management.
• Accept deliveries, verify orders, and rotate stock as needed.
• Deliver supplies to bar locations; record requisitions and maintain documentation.
• Ensure sanitation and health guidelines are followed across beverage areas.
