Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five+ years of machining experience or equivalent.
• Reading blueprints and tolerances (GD&T) and interpreting specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection methods.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Verify parts meet dimensional, quality, and workmanship requirements.
• Apply NC/CNC knowledge to optimize production and adjust machining parameters.
• Support production priorities and adapt to shifting workloads across machines.
• Provide training and mentoring to employees on machining processes and safety.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and follow PCC/lockout procedures.
