Job summary

The Arcis Golf team is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Member Services Associate at The Club at Frisco Farms in Frisco, TX. You will assist guests with food and beverage selections, promote specials, and ensure accurate cash handling in a fast-paced, friendly golf-club environment.

You will help maintain cleanliness of the snack bar and cart areas, verify age for alcohol, and participate in cart setup/breakdown. Excellent communication and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a hospitality role.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections, including recommendations and current specials.
• Takes payment for beverages and snacks using prescribed procedures.
• Ensure alcohol is not served to anyone under 21.
• Maintain beverage service areas and keep cart, snack bar, and facilities clean and organized.
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products and services
• Takes payment for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures
• Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
• Maintains beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
• Perform cart set up and breakdown procedures
