Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a friendly Team Member at The Club at Frisco Farms in Frisco, TX, to assist guests with beverage selections, take payments, and help maintain clean, welcoming service areas across the cart and snack bar.

You will ensure alcohol is not served to under 21, deliver quality service, and support cart setup and breakdown. Training and growth opportunities are available, with comprehensive benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced guest service environment.
• Excellent communication skills to assist guests and colleagues.
• Customer service experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products and services
• Takes payment for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures
• Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
• Maintains beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
• Perform cart set up and breakdown procedures
