Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN is hiring part-time Hosts to welcome guests, manage the host station, and support seating operations. This role offers weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexible schedules designed for team members.

As a Host, you will review floor plans, seat guests, maintain wait times, and help ensure a clean, welcoming dining environment while delivering friendly service to guests throughout events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts
• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
• Answer restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Hosts to join our BETMGM Lounge team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the host station.

Pay

$18.00 – $18.00 / hour
