# Bethel Church – Campus Pastorby | Mar 11, 2026The Highland Campus Pastor role is unique. The Campus Pastor has the opportunity to do the things most pastors love about ministry (e.g., preach, equip, and shepherd people) and avoid the things many pastors don’t like (e.g., financial management, facilities maintenance, and marketing). The Highland Campus Pastor preaches about 25 times per year and provides oversight to the ministry at his campus. He will enjoy the opportunity to provide contextualized programming and outreach while benefiting from the support of the main campus. The Campus Pastor will have a supportive and friendly relationship with the Executive Pastor of Ministries.### Requirements* Demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.* A person of high character who possesses life experience that shows evidence of emotional and spiritual maturity including self-awareness of their strengths and limitations.* Excellent Bible-based preaching, teaching, and communication skills.
