Johnson Controls in Charlotte, NC invites recent graduates to join its six-month Building Early Career Sales Training (BEST) program, designed to launch a career in technical sales. From day one, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and embedded in a nationwide network of sales professionals.

You’ll gain classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions to build the technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship skills needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Our Building E arly Career Sales Training (BEST) Program is a 6-month development program designed for recent graduates looking to launch a career in technical sales.

From day one, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and supported by a nationwide network of sales professionals. What We Look For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business , Communications, Engineering or a related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred:
