Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the Building Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program, a 6-month development track for recent engineering graduates to start a technical sales career. From day one you’ll have a dedicated mentor and access to a nationwide network of sales professionals, blending classroom learning with hands-on customer interactions.

You’ll learn HVAC equipment and building solutions, support proposals and projects, and build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.

What We Look For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred:

• Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree
• Internship, co‑op, engineering, sales, or customer‑facing experience
• Interest in technical sales and customer relationship management
