Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in the United States for engineering graduates. The 6-month development track pairs you with a mentor and a nationwide sales network to gain technical expertise and business acumen while engaging with customers.

You will learn about HVAC equipment, building solutions, and energy efficiency, while supporting proposals, opportunities, and customer interactions. A clear path to career growth and mentorship is provided.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

What We Look For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred:

• Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree
• Internship, co-op, engineering, sales, or customer-facing experience
• Interest in technical sales and customer relationship management
