Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking an Analyst, Procurement to support competitive sourcing and RFx execution for battery energy storage system equipment in Scottsdale, AZ (hybrid with Denver option). You will coordinate with Development, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to advance supplier selection, contracting, and PO execution.

The role requires 1–2 years in procurement or related fields, strong communication, and comfort with Excel-based analyses. Travel up to 10% may be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts administration, or related roles.
• Experience supporting RFx processes, bid evaluation, or supplier management for equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to summarize terms and support negotiations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for BESS equipment and related services.
• Administer competitive RFx processes for equipment, including drafting RFx packages and bidder coordination.
• Assist with supplier evaluations by organizing inputs and documenting clarifications.
• Perform bid evaluations and cost analyses; track cost movements during negotiations.
• Support contract alignment across EPC, interconnection, and O&M documents and vendor relations.
