Job summary

Moss is seeking a BESS Electrical Assistant Superintendent for multi-state, high-travel solar projects. This full-time exempt role supports Superintendents and contractors, ensures quality in electrical installations, and coordinates with engineers.

Ideal candidates hold an Electrical Engineering degree, have MV experience, and can manage subcontracts, RFIs, and schedules. Travel is 100%, and the position reports to the Solar Senior Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with medium voltage equipment and cable installation.
• Experience supporting large self-perform projects.
• Proficiency with electrical drawings, sketches, and prints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Superintendents, contractors, and craft activities on large utility solar projects.
• Oversee quality control of electrical work and adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Develop project schedules with the Electrical Superintendent and update look-ahead plans.
• Ensure resources and safety for field teams and subcontractors.
