Job summary

Green Recruitment Company seeks a BESS Construction Manager for contract roles across the US to lead site construction of grid-scale battery storage projects. Responsibilities span foundations, container setting, PCS installation, MV works and commissioning support.

You will oversee civil, mechanical and electrical scopes, manage heavy lift logistics, and coordinate installation of PCS, transformers and auxiliary systems, while driving safety, quality and schedule discipline on multiple fronts.

Qualifications

• Construction management experience on grid-scale BESS or electrical infrastructure.
• Understanding of battery systems, PCS, HVAC and fire suppression integration.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR.
