• Interface with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance and managing contractor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in renewable energy asset management (solar, wind, or BESS)
• Experience in utility-scale BESS or hybrid PV+BESS projects
• Strong financial knowledge (P&L, tax equity structures, DSCR)
• Familiarity with ERCOT or other U.S. ISOs (e.g., PJM, MISO, CAISO)
• Proven ability to manage contractors and complex stakeholder environments
