Responsibilities

• Populate centralized asset management system with data for LGESVT's fleet of battery energy storage systems.
• Conduct physical audits and documentation reviews to verify asset records (serials, models, vendors, locations).
• Collect and organize essential asset documentation (manuals, warranties, service agreements, vendor contacts, spare parts).
• Identify potential obsolescence issues and flag products nearing end of manufacturer support lifecycle.
• Assist in developing SOPs for data entry, asset tracking, and documentation control.
• Support performance engineers with reports and presentations on asset conditions and risks.
