Job Description: Pasta Cook at Bertucci's

Join the Bertucci's family and be part of a team that values authenticity, innovation, and excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Pasta Cook to prepare appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to our specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure proper temperature control of ovens, coolers, and freezers
• Monitor stock levels and review prep sheets with the manager to establish daily prep lists
• Store, unpack, and retrieve food items appropriately
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions
• Follow safety policies and demonstrate proper use of equipment and utensils
• Maintain a sanitary work environment in compliance with State Health Department standards

Requirements

• Knowledge of all behind-the-line areas for flexible scheduling
• Experience in food rotation, setup, cleanup, and stock management
