Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our unique brick oven is at the heart of our restaurant, symbolizing our commitment to authenticity and quality. We are seeking dedicated team members to help us grow brick by brick through innovation and excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring proper use of water and detergent, and deliver clean dishes to designated areas.
• Rinse bus buckets, clean, and dry pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes.
• Remove trash and maintain general cleanliness of the work area.
• Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors as needed.
• Assist cooks with prep work as necessary.
• Prepare the dishwashing machine for daily use, inspect for damage, and monitor its operation.
• Identify and discard broken or cracked dishes appropriately.
• Clean the dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the shift and at close.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Commitment to high standards and quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and stand for a 9-hour shift.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs).
