Primary Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of the dishwasher.
• Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring the use of clean water and detergent.
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the work area.
• Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors as needed.
• Support cooks with prep work when required.
• Monitor and maintain dishwasher operation, report malfunctions promptly.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the dishwashing area.
