Job Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family!

Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, symbolizing our commitment to authentic flavor and quality. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow and serve our guests with excellence.

**Primary responsibilities:**
- Pour drinks when orders are received, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change kegs, and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Keep the area clean and organized, including tables, floors, chairs, and the service station.
- Assist other staff members as needed.
- Pre-bus tables and stock bar items following deliveries.
- Prepare and replenish bar supplies, including garnishes and glassware.
- Manage and balance cash drawer accurately.
- Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake and adhering to alcohol service policies.
- Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes.

**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
- Work well under pressure and remain active for a 9-hour shift.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
