Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Stacking clean dishes on racks, ensuring the use of clean water and detergent, delivering clean dishes, rinsing bus buckets, cleaning, and drying of pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes, trash removal, and general cleaning of the work area.
• Receiving, unloading, and rotating products from vendors.
• Maintaining the location and assisting cooks with prep as needed.
• Preparing the dishwashing machine for daily activity, inspecting for damages, and monitoring its operation.
• Cleaning the dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at closing.

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to stand and be active for a 9-hour shift
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs)
