Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our talented team at Bertera Collision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive refinishing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results. As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and finishes to vehicles while ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas that do not require paint.
- Mix paints and other materials according to specifications and techniques.
- Apply paint to vehicles using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Inspect finished work for quality and ensure that it meets company and industry standards.
- Repair imperfections in paint and finishes, such as runs, sags, or dust inclusions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications
