Job Description

The Lube Technician is responsible for performing express lube duties on vehicles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to express lube guidelines.
• Perform lube, oil, and filter changes, including draining and replacing oil and filters, and lubricating joints such as idler arm steering knuckles, tie rod ends, and ball joints.
• Report all necessary repairs to the service advisor.
• Install completed LOF reminder stickers in vehicles.
• Check and refill battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid levels as needed.
• Check coolant levels and refill as necessary.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.
• Verify fluid levels before releasing vehicles.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training sessions.
• Accurately record all hours worked in the company's timekeeping system.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate the company's core values.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Observe all safety regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
