Job summary

KKR is seeking an actuary to provide Bermuda EBS modeling and valuation support, leading model development and data integration. You will work with actuarial, pricing, data, and tech teams to ensure accurate valuation and scalable new-deal onboarding.

The role requires actuarial fellowship, strong modeling skills, and ability to drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance. Base salary is competitive with potential discretionary bonus, located in Boston area.

Qualifications

• Strong technical actuarial and analytical skills and foundational actuarial modeling experience.
• Embraces using new and emerging technology and experimentation.
• Familiarity with actuarial systems, valuation processes, and data workflows.
• Knowledge of US life and annuity products and their features (e.g. FA, FIA, VA, RILA, payout/SPIA, PRT, UL, VUL, IUL).
• US GAAP, Bermuda EBS and US statutory valuation principles and methods.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bermuda EBS valuation model development, enhancements, and maintenance in partnership with Bermuda Actuarial team.
• Support assumption updates, model changes, and process improvements for reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with data integration workflows (ETL) and validation for reliable valuation data.
• Contribute to cash flow model development and valuation testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve production-cycle issues and ensure governance compliance.
• Prepare documentation and testing materials for governance and regulatory expectations.
