Job Opportunity: Head Varsity Squash Coach at Berkshire School

Berkshire School, located in Sheffield, MA, seeks to hire a full-time, dynamic head varsity squash coach to begin with the 2025-2026 academic year.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

1. Proven coaching experience and success in developing a competitive squash program within the New England region.
2. Ability to support Berkshire’s mission to prepare student-athletes for collegiate, professional, and personal success.
3. Expertise in recruitment, communication, player development, and college placement.
4. Inclusive coaching approach and experience working with young people.
5. Classroom teaching experience is preferred; candidates with other boarding school life experience are encouraged to apply.
