Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD seeks an entry-level Bequest Management professional to support estate administration for charitable clients. The role emphasizes accurate document review, communication with fiduciaries, and collaboration with bequest attorneys to ensure donors’ wishes are honored.

No prior estate experience is required; all training will be provided. The position offers a full-time schedule and opportunities to grow in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyze legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and edit legal documents for accuracy before submission.
• Communicate with financial institutions and fiduciaries to facilitate bequest collections.
• Monitor estate and trust administration progress for timely bequests.
• Collaborate with bequest attorneys and clients to support estate administration.
• Draft and send correspondence to fiduciaries upon receipt of bequests.
• Maintain accurate case records in the bequest database.
