Job description

BenX Logistics is a fast-growing package delivery business. We are currently looking for drivers to fill the position of Delivery Associate with pay starting at $19.25 hr. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, capable of entering and exiting a delivery van approx. 150 times a day, driving a van on the road for 8-10 hours a day, and ensuring packages are efficiently organized while providing exceptional customer service to every customer.

Pay Range: $19.25 hr

Time: Between 9:20am-7:20pm (approximately)

Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5200 TAX FREE. No degree restrictions

We prefer candidates with workplace driving experience; however, training will be provided to all candidates regardless of previous job experience. All that is required is a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. The job will cover a variety of shifts including full and part-time positions.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

1. Conduct inspections of the vehicle before departing to deliver packages
2. Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
3. Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
4. Must be at least 21 years old
5. Preferred 1 year’s experience as Uber (or similar) or Delivery Driver
6. Clean driving record
7. Capable of consistent physical movement
8. Must possess a positive and professional attitude
