• Communicate professionally with payers, patients, providers, and internal teams to clarify coverage and prevent delays.
• Maintain thorough documentation of verification outcomes, authorization numbers, payer communications, and patient responsibility information in designated systems.
• Partner with billing, scheduling, and operations to support clean handoffs and reduce denials.
