Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience administering leaves, ADA accommodations, and/or workers' compensation.
• Proficiency with Google and/or Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Process employee leave of absence programs in accordance with laws and district policies.
• Facilitate requests for workplace accommodations under ADA and WFEA.
• Coordinate administration of workers' compensation claims with employees, supervisors and vendor.
• Coordinate transition and return-to-work processes for injured employees.
• Enter and audit payroll for employees on leave or workers' comp.
