Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin seeks a Benefits Specialist to administer and educate about our benefit programs, enrollments, and related requirements. The role partners with vendors to ensure compliance and will support payroll processing tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate has a related Bachelor's Degree and at least three years in HR/Benefits/payroll, with experience in Workday or similar HR platforms, and strong communication and customer service skills.
The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the administration of benefits programs with regards to plan options, features, enrollment, and other requirements. This strategic position will assure compliance and working directly with vendors to provide information that is related to navigating the benefits. This role will also support the activities necessary to process payroll.
