Working on-site in White Plains, NY

Responsible for administering the company's comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings. Serve as a subject matter expert to assist applicants and new hires with understanding and enrolling in the available benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the enrollment and administration of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and new hires regarding benefits eligibility and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to continuously improve the benefits offerings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using HR and benefits administration software.

$34.15 per hour.
