What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and execute compliance-related projects such as ACA reporting and 5500 reporting
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit enrollment status and general benefits coverage

• Process Workday events related to benefits and leaves of absence

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 1-3 years of experience in an employee-facing benefits operations role with US-based insurance
• Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Experience using Workday, particularly the Benefits and Time Off modules
• Detail-oriented with strong operational execution and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with AMER benefit portals such as Forma, HMSA, Risco
• Background in a fast-paced, growing technology environment
• Familiarity with benefits operations in EMEA and APAC regions
• Experience utilizing company policies to make recommendations
