Qualifications

Salary: $25.98- $38.98 per hour - Half-Time Days, 24 hours per week

In this role, you'll assist employees with enrollment, answer questions about benefit options, and ensure regulatory compliance. Acting as a liaison between employees and benefit vendors, you'll provide support and guidance, helping employees navigate their benefits confidently. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two to four years of experience in Human Resources or Benefits office preferred
  • One to three years of accounting, medical claims, or related clerical experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and email within 24 hours, including monitoring the Total Rewards email inbox
  • Meet with employees regarding benefit questions
  • Assist with claims issues, including filing and follow-up
  • Maintain understanding of all employee benefits plans
  • Provide benefit enrollment, changes, and termination assistance
  • Convey benefits withholding information and coordinate payroll refunds and collections
  • Support annual open enrollment through communication, meetings, and webinars
  • Participate in creating written communication, benefits fairs, and presentations
  • Maintain relationships with insurance providers
  • Stay updated on federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance
  • Maintain accurate benefits records
  • Generate reports on benefit utilization and costs
  • Import and review withholding data, correct errors
  • Coordinate benefits changes with vendors
  • Input information into database systems accurately
  • Complete employment verifications for benefits coordination
