• Assist in vendor invoicing, open enrollment, preparation of Committee materials, quarterly statistics, and audit work.

The Global Benefits team is responsible for the administration of all benefits for approximately 3,000 employees worldwide. Benefits include healthcare, dental, retirement plans, work/life programs, professional development, deferred compensation plans, and insurance. The position aligns with well with students interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

The Global Benefits Analyst position offers an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a comprehensive benefit plan offering from a global perspective. The individual filling this role will be the first point of contact to the firm’s staff and will be heavily involved with plan administration. The role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and flexible. The candidate will be working in an area that demands a high level of confidentiality and discretion. RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Analyst will conduct plan audits, data validation, analysis and reporting on the US based plans; assist with US and international benefit plan administration and projects; manage the reimbursement process for professional development plans; and be the first point of contact for general benefit inquiries. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in the all vendor invoicing, open enrollment, preparation of Committee materials, quarterly statistics, reimbursement programs, audit work, and ad hoc projects.
