Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of three years in benefits or retirement administration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external contacts at all levels.
• Experience with benefits administration software preferred.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions on benefits eligibility, enrollment, and coverage options.
• Explain benefits options and conduct new hire benefits orientations.
• Process qualifying life event changes (e.g., marriage, birth, adoption, loss of coverage).
• Coordinate annual open enrollment periods and update rates with vendors and systems.
• Provide retirement information and assist with retirement applications and sessions.
