Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university.
• Sophomore standing by the internship start date.
• GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Majors in accounting, business, finance, HR, or related fields accepted.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process refund/rollover applications and respond to member inquiries.
• Perform data entry of retirement forms including beneficiaries and tax withholding.
• Research and respond to inquiries regarding applications and missing documentation.
• Identify discrepancies in pension payments and retiree accounts for monthly payroll.
• Verify salaries, service credit, and retirement documentation on file.
• Review elections for retirement and insurance; maintain confidentiality.
