Qualifications

• Experience with public assistance programs or eligibility rules is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and supervision skills in a team setting.
• Ability to analyze data, improve processes, and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planning, organizing, monitoring, and training of benefit program staff.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Coordinate with leadership and community partners to improve outcomes.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of benefits determinations and customer service.
• Represent the department in internal/external committees and trainings.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree may substitute for one year experience

Bachelor’s degree may substitute for two years experience
