A leading company is seeking a Benefits Manager specializing in Financial Wellness. This role involves the oversight of financial benefit programs ensuring compliance, enhancing employee well-being, and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in benefits administration, particularly with retirement and wellness programs. This position is based in either RTP or Burlington, NC or may be remote.
The Benefits Manager- Financial Wellness is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of Labcorp’s financial benefit programs. This role ensures effective administration, compliance, and enhancement of retirement, health savings, and financial wellness plans, while fostering employee financial well-being through thoughtful program design and vendor partnership management. This role supports overall workforce productivity and retention by reducing financial stress and aligning benefit offerings with employees’ financial needs at different life stages.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 + annual bonus
All job offers will bebased on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
