The Part-Time Benefits Leaves Specialist manages a wide range of Human Resources responsibilities with a significant focus on leave administration, disability management, and workers' compensation coordination. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, managers, supervisors, payroll, and third-party vendors to ensure leaves and workers' compensation cases are administered accurately and efficiently. The position also supports employee engagement initiatives and various HR projects across the organization.
This is a hybrid position, meaning much of the work can be accomplished remotely. However, this position is expected to come to the office regularly for specific tasks and may be asked to visit and work out of other worksites.
