Job description

Foundation Risk Partners , one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Benefits Integration Specialist to their Acentria team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Benefits Integration Specialist with proven experience in Employee Navigator to support the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of employee benefits enrollment systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who understands benefit plan structures, eligibility rules, and Data Exchange connections, and who can work cross-functionally with internal teams and carriers.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand how to build and maintain group benefit plans in Employee Navigator.
  • Understand how to set up eligibility rules, plan structures, and payroll deductions based on client requirements.
  • Configure and monitor Data Exchange file feeds for medical, dental, vision, and other ancillary plans.
  • Conduct internal calls to work through file errors.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, plan configuration mismatches, and data integrity problems.
  • Document procedures and maintain client-specific setup records.

Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional systems like Ease, bswift, or PlanSource is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agency, TPA, or insurance carrier environment.

Education & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Employee Navigator (required).
  • Solid understanding of benefits administration processes and terminology.
  • Familiarity with Data Exchange connections, eligibility file formatting, and carrier requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
