Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. You will work with warm leads, guiding clients through financial-protection options and helping them enroll when appropriate. You’ll be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

Interviews are conducted on Zoom, and you’ll receive a written process to follow, coaching from experienced staff, and a path into leadership if you perform.

Qualifications

• Competitive and coachable attitude with comfort on camera.
• Ability to work remotely with a written process and coaching.
• Willingness to engage with clients over Zoom.
