$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Compensation for full-time employees includes a 403(b) plan with up to a 10% match of salary and other benefits such as health & dental insurance, commuter benefits, long-term disability insurance, and more.

BB&N is hiring a Benefits, Employee Leave, and HRIS Specialist responsible for managing employee benefits, educating employees about benefits and leaves (such as FMLA and PFML), and serving as the HRIS system expert. The role involves handling sensitive information discreetly and maintaining an active presence across campuses.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a basic understanding of benefits administration within HR.
The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, leave, and HRIS systems, preferably ADP. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Essential skills include:
