Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• FP&A experience, including forecasting, variance analysis, and month/quarter-end close processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the corporate monthly Benefits forecast processes, quarter-end reporting, and annual plan.
• Analyze financial performance, break down variances into key drivers, and present business drivers to senior leadership.
• Maintain business partner relationships with global contacts across Benefits, vendors, and stakeholders to track updates and provide input on design and performance of benefit programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to consolidate and validate forecast inputs, prepare executive-ready reporting and commentary, and ensure accuracy across deliverables.
• Identify and apply opportunities to use emerging AI tools to reduce manual work and enable more efficient consolidation and more insightful reporting.
• Drive ad hoc financial analysis and projects in support of business and leadership goals.
